Dyslexia Products™ (www.DyslexiaProducts.com) is a marketplace for everything related to dyslexia. It is a division of I See, I Spell, I Learn, LLC, a California-based limited liability company that owns and operates, www.iSeeiSpelliLearn.com and www.iReadiSpell.com websites and online stores and various other affiliated websites, develops content for Kindle & iBooks stores, and iOS & Android apps.

Dyslexia Products Marketplace (DPM) a division of I See, I Spell, I Learn, LLC and its related subsidiaries affiliates and concerns (collectively “Company”, "we", or "us") values your privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information about you. We also provide information regarding how you can access and update your information and make certain choices about how your information is used. The detailed Privacy Policy can be accessed here.

This document outlines the Terms of Service of DPM. It explains the rules that anyone needs to follow when they visit DPM, it’s affiliated websites, social media channels and Apps.

DPM offers a select platform for everything related to dyslexia - learning tools, materials, products, physical products and digital downloads.

We have three main types of parties involved:

  1. Marketplace
  2. Seller
  3. Buyer/Customer

1. Marketplace - Dyslexia Products is a marketplace for  everything related to dyslexia. The company at its discretion may set policies for listing of products and the criteria for qualifying or removing sellers from the marketplace. The end objective of all policies are related to what’s best for the customer and the community this marketplace serves.

2. Sellers - DPM is open to sellers (individuals or companies and their affiliates) who have learning materials and other dyslexia-related products. These include types such as - free digital downloads or free products, paid digital downloads or paid products. The prices of these products are set by individual sellers and DPM does not set prices for any of these learning materials or products.

3. Buyer/Customer - DPM is a marketplace for people who need dyslexia related learning tools and products to come here and buy them. These buyers include parties such as: individuals - parents, tutors, teachers or families, or organizations (schools, tutor centers and similar organizations).

How to buy and sell on the marketplace:

1. Sellers -
    • Sellers get an invitational email or a social media message from DPM to join the marketplace.
    • The sellers may also contact DPM via email or social media to request an invitation to join the marketplace.
    • Once Sellers fulfill the requirements to join the marketplace, they will be approved as sellers and will be able to create their own store page, use their marketing materials and list their products for sale on the marketplace.
    • DPM charges a varying rates of listing fees (Addendum 1) from sellers to list their products and commission on sales made in the marketplace.
2. Buyers -
    • Buyers can visit the DPM website and browse without creating an account.
    • Once the buyer decides to buy an item, they may create an account or login with other social media credentials or checkout as a guest.
    • DPM works in a secure SSL environment to protect any financial data that the buyer shares to purchase the product.
    • The digital products are available for download, while the physical products are shipped to the buyer as per the shipping policies set by the seller for their store.

ADDENDUM 1

DPM fee structure to become sellers on the marketplace:

Annual Membership Fees to become a seller - $30

    • After the initial period of 1 year, DPM may, at its discretion, revise the annual member ship fees
    • From time to time, DPM may also offer discounts to select sellers as a promotion to invite them and list their products for sale on the marketplace.

Listing Fees for the sellers: NIL

    • After the initial period of 1 year, DPM may, at its discretion, revise the annual member ship fees
    • From time to time, DPM may also offer discounts to select sellers as a promotion to invite them and list their products for sale on the marketplace.

Selling Fees Commission: 25% of selling price

    • After the initial period of 1 year, DPM may, at its discretion, revise the annual member ship fees
    • From time to time, DPM may also offer discounts to select sellers as a promotion to invite them and list their products for sale on the marketplace.
