Intellectual Property Protection
Last updated: October 25, 2026
We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and ask customers to do the same. The current Dyslexia Products store offers I See, I Spell, I Learn® resources; third-party seller registration is not yet open.
Using a purchased resource
Copyright remains with the applicable rights holder. Your purchase gives you the permission stated on the product page or in the resource’s included license, rather than ownership of the copyright. Check the applicable permission for printing, number of users, classroom use and sharing. If the scope is unclear, ask us before distributing copies.
Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share download credentials for a resource unless its license or applicable law allows it. Do not remove copyright or ownership notices. Nothing on this page restricts fair use, other statutory exceptions or lawful accessibility rights. We do not grant a new school-wide or commercial-use license through this page.
Report a concern
If you believe content on this store infringes your rights, email info@dyslexiaproducts.com. Include your contact details, a description of the protected work, the exact store URL and material at issue, an explanation of the concern, and whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. Provide enough detail for us to investigate and contact you. Do not submit a report you know to be inaccurate.
We will review reports and may request clarification, contact the relevant rights holder, correct a listing or remove material where appropriate.
Future creators
Before third-party selling opens, we will publish creator eligibility, licensing and intellectual-property procedures. An expression of interest does not authorize uploading or selling content and does not grant us rights to your work.
