Download and Printing Help
Find your files, open your downloads, and get ready to use your learning resources.
1. Find your download email
After your digital order is processed, look for an email with the subject Your downloads are ready. Use the download link in that email. Check your spam or promotions folder if it has not arrived, and make sure you are checking the email address used at checkout.
Keep your order confirmation and download email for reference. If you cannot find them, email info@dyslexiaproducts.com with your order number and the email address used for the order. Please do not send payment card details.
2. Download and open your files
Some resources are PDF files; bundles may be supplied in a ZIP folder containing several PDFs. Save the file to a location you can find again. For a ZIP, extract or unzip the folder before opening the PDFs.
On a Mac, double-click the ZIP. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All. On a phone or tablet, use the device’s Files app or a ZIP-compatible app. If your device cannot open the bundle, try a computer.
Some bundles are large. Use a reliable connection, allow the download to finish, and check that your device has enough free space. If an interrupted download will not open, download it again from the original link.
3. Preview before printing
Open the PDF and read the instructions included with that resource. Check the page size and print preview, then print one test page before printing a full set. Follow any resource-specific directions for single-sided or double-sided printing, page order, cutting, or folding.
If text or pictures are cut off, check your printer’s paper-size and scaling settings. A PDF reader may give you more printing options than a browser preview. Use the resource’s instructions to decide whether actual size or fit-to-page is appropriate.
4. Choose the right starting point
Review the skills and prerequisite knowledge described on the product page. Start with a manageable activity and use the included examples or answer guides where provided. For questions about whether a resource matches your learner’s current skills, contact us before purchasing.
Digital downloads and physical products
Digital downloads are files, so no printed materials are shipped for those items. I See, I Spell, I Learn® also offers physical flashcards and books. Some bundles combine physical and digital resources; check the selected option and the product contents carefully.
Usage and sharing
Follow the usage or license terms included with your resource and its product listing. If those terms do not answer your question about classroom, tutoring, or shared use, contact us before copying or distributing the files. Purchasing a file does not itself establish permission to resell it.
